Where We Ship From

Mate operates from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, shipping all orders directly from our studio.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Free standard shipping on all prepaid and COD orders nationwide.
• Orders dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Standard delivery times:
  • South India metros & major cities: 2-4 working days.
  • Rest of India: 3-6 working days.
  • Remote and NE/J&K regions: 5-8 working days.
• Express shipping available at checkout for select pin codes: 1-2 working days delivery post-dispatch at an additional charge.
• Orders placed before 12 noon IST are eligible for same-day dispatch on business days.
• Tracking details provided via email/SMS upon dispatch.

International Shipping

• International shipping available for prepaid orders only; COD and PayPal eCheques not accepted.
• Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
• Orders dispatched within 2 business days; delivery typically takes 7–21 days, subject to customs delays.
• Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
