Return Policy

Domestic Orders (India)

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, unused items with original tags and packaging.
• Sale, promotional, or “final sale” items are ineligible for returns.
• Initiate returns via team@mateshop.in with order details and reason.
• Reverse pickup arranged where possible; otherwise, return shipping to Coimbatore may be required.
• Returns approved after inspection and refunded as store credit within 5–7 business days. Store credit has no expiry.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Mate’s error.
• Used or damaged item returns will be rejected.

International Orders

• Returns not accepted except for damaged/incorrect items, which must be reported within 48 hours.
• Approved refunds given as Mate store credit only.
• Customers bear return shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders (India)

• Exchanges within 7 days for items in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags.
• One free exchange per order, subject to stock availability.
• Requests via team@mateshop.in.
• Reverse pickup arranged as applicable.
• Exchanges processed promptly after inspection.
• Unavailable requested items will be issued store credit.
• Sale items excluded.

International Orders

• No exchanges except for damaged/incorrect items reported within 48 hours.
• Refunds processed as store credit.
